Kansas voters to weigh in on abortion rights

On Tuesday, Kansas becomes the first state since Roe v. Wade to ask voters whether the state constitution should guarantee the right to an abortion or whether the issue should go to the Republican-controlled legislature. Caitlin Huey-Burns reports from Olathe, Kansas.
