The gym building, which was part of Eastern Hancock High School, sits on 3.6 acres on the edge of town and features half of the original basketball court, according to registration.
The home’s owners are Jeff and Christi Broady, listing agent Roy Wilson of FC Tucker Company told Insider. The Broadys did not respond to Insider’s requests for comment.
