This sequel has one very unique group of actors that make up the cast, including Boyd Holbrook, Olivia Munn, Keegan-Michael Key, Thomas Jane, Trevante Rhodes, Sterling K. Brown and Jacob Tremblay (yes, the kid from “Room”).
Plus, it’s directed by Shane Black, who not only starred in the original film (he played Hawkins), but was also responsible for some of the rewrites that went into the 1987 film.
Still, the movie is awful.
We don’t care about the main characters, and even worse, the aliens in Predator are ridiculous, especially the super buff.
It’s best we never talk about this movie again.
